New School Term.

School Club.

Dear Parent

Apologies for the delay in getting this letter out to you, but we have just about untangled all of the red tape in starting the out of school club! The club is going to be managed by Kath Butcher and I will also have a strategic role.

We have secured some funding to help us to start up, so the club will be beautifully resourced. Attached is an application form for places, and we would welcome an indication of sessions required.

A.m. sessions which will run from 8am in the first instance, are £3.50 and include breakfast (cereal / toast/ fruit juice etc.) P.m. sessions are from 3.15pm to 6pm; these are £6.50 and will also include a light snack. We will issue invoices early in the term, and we are looking into the possibility of paying by Direct Debits in the future.

This is a busy and exciting time. The staff are working hard to ensure that the out of school club will be a happy and nurturing environment for your child. We also want this to be childcare setting that really works for your family, so we will be asking for your input and ideas.

Please could you indicate below, which sessions you need and the number of places. Please return to school either by post or email to Kath at the address below. Thank you.
